Approved by the District of North Vancouver on January 11th, 2021 Anthem Properties will be moving ahead with their 341 unit development in the Windsor Park area. This site is 6.28 acres on the south sloping land bordered by Mt. Seymour Parkway to the north, Lytton street to the west, Windsor Secondary School to the south, and single family dwellings to the east.
This project has recently been names "Baden Park" with the site recently fenced off. More info and updates should be available from Anthem in the coming months.
